We would like to clarify that our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, as we need sufficient time to clean and prepare the room for the next guest, whose check-in is scheduled at 2:00 PM. Despite this, we extended your check-out time till 1:00 PM without any extra charge, purely as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that you may have checked in later than expected, but our check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and late arrivals do not change the standard check-out policy. Please note that we try our best to accommodate all guest requests, but we must also ensure fairness and smooth operations for upcoming guests. If we do not have room availability and cleaning time, further extension beyond 1:00 PM is simply not possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.

If more is required, additional bottles (1 litre each) are available at a nominal charge of ₹20, which is standard. We also have RO drinking water available at no cost, accessible at any time. Our Deluxe Double Bed Rooms start at ₹2000/-, and while we strive to accommodate every guest’s request, offering the same room at ₹1200/- was unfortunately not possible. Our staff communicated this politely and professionally, and we regret if this came across differently. Also, although our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, we provided an early check-in at 11:00 AM at no extra charge as a gesture of hospitality. At Hotel Holiston, we always aim to offer fair pricing, clean and comfortable rooms, and courteous service.
