Review Of Dwarkadhish Lords Eco Inn Dwarka - Pure Veg

Lift broke during the stay and with room allotted on 3rd floor and aged parents, it became a bit of an issue. While the lift was fixed in few hours, the doors were not shutting / opening properly. Something management should look into !

I am extremely disappointed with the property I was given. The blanket had unhygienic / dirty hair on it, and the washroom was also very unclean. This is completely unacceptable for the price I paid.and this stay has been a total waste of my money. basic hygiene and cleanliness cannot be maintained. I request an immediate resolution – either a refund or a room change in a properly clean and hygienic property.

Overall, the hotel is average. The accommodation can technically accommodate four people, but the room space is insufficient for a comfortable stay. When I requested a larger, sea-facing room, the hotel management responded that the booking was made after viewing the room details. My concern is that, at the time of booking, the hotel should have clearly mentioned that the room is not adequately spacious for four occupants.

They have mentioned Gym in their hotel but gym facility was not available also their rooms are very small in size . Compared to their high tariff facilities are not upto that standard

The stay was good. the hotel gave me a very warm welcome with welcome drinks and nice gesture. the room was clean with adequate facilities. overall the experience was quite great. The view from the hotel was also quite great

I requested them for a extra bed for my driver in a room but they were not giving me that service so because of that i need to booked for 3 people and in real only 2 adult stayed .

Pathetic stay! On the name of luxury, I got an overpriced, noisy room with 24x7 construction beside it. Food was 3x overpriced, and they even charged 18% GST on top! Staff were polite, but management is shameless — allotting such rooms shows zero sense. Ratings are fake and misleading. MakeMyTrip for promoting such hotels. I demand a full refund for this terrible, overhyped stay. Avoid this scam hotel at all costs!

I recently stayed at the hotel, but my experience was highly disappointing: The booking clearly mentioned that driver accommodation would be provided. However, upon arrival, the staff denied this facility and asked to pay for additional room for driver. Even after my booking, I tried contacting the reception and the manager multiple times, but received no response. Due to this,

hotel location is perfect - sea view facing and near to temple. Chef was very cooperative as he took care of our specific food alergy and prepared meal accordingly. thank you
