Nice stay in the royal suit room
Well I'm a regular visitor of this property when I visit prayagraj. I stayed in their Royal Room most often and they have almost every room in good condition. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness really stood out — always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, offering local tips, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spotless, with fresh, clean bedding that felt crisp and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep every night. One thing I truly appreciated was the quality of the towels — thick, soft, and always freshly laundered. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference in the overall comfort of the stay. Another highlight was the view from my room. Overlooking the serene landscape (or cityscape, depending on the hotel), it was a peaceful sight to wake up to each morning and the perfect backdrop to unwind in the evening. 24×7 hot water for shower and hand wash. Amenities including shampoo and body wash is of compromising quality but that's fine. Breakfast each day was a treat. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, with something for every palate. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, from the perfectly cooked eggs to the delicious dosa, chola bhatura and fresh fruit. Try their medu vada and dosa with sambar. They've the best in town. The property location might be a bit turn off but it's manageable if you've s vehicle otherwise you'll get uber as a commute. There's a parking space as well. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, great food, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. 🙂 Also yes, those reception guys are nice, bell boys are nice and welcoming. (That's a genuine review, the hotel neither gave me any discount or any money for this)

comfortable stay
The rooms, bathrooms, cleanliness, food, service all was up to mark. during our stay the lift stopped working multiple times so we had to use the stairs. that wasn't comfortable because we had senior citizens with us.

Room was without ventilation and no fresh air.I was staying with my mother and she is heart patient.she did not feel comfortable without ventilation.Also, we reached there at 3:00 pm afternoon and asked for response to this,the manager of resturant told us that he won't be able to provide food now as concerned cheff will come to evening shift probably after 7:pm .This reply left us hungry.

Dear Team , We do provide food but you were ordering food which was not mentioned in the menu therefore we just informed you that our Chef will come at 7 pm and you can ask him to cook whatever is your requirement . Also we do have ventilated rooms which is Royal room but you stayed at different room according to your booking .
Decent but not the best.
The location is in the bad part of the city, and the room is marginally small. You get better rooms at the same price in other hotels. Rooms are too close and there is no sound proofing, we could hear the conversations of the other guests the whole time, which was a disturbance in itself. The desperation of 'room service waiters' for tip is unparalleled, although that is understandable. But they could tone it down a little. The reception is also not as welcoming as it could be. Conclusion is, the stay is not the worst, but you could definitely get a significantly better stay at other inns for the same price.

Location wise is far from city. Lift was not working for few hours. Basic toiletries were not available. 3-4 lined up at the time of check out for tips n reward. Food was good although
