Ac not working properly either no staff service.Rooms also not clean.not recommended for family stay

Good location, near bus stand and corbett office.

We have visit to jim corbett. Such unprofessional staff degrades the goodwill of make my trip. . 2. Despite confirmed booking, hotel staff took 30 minutes with his (not known person) manager. After 30 minutes, room was allotted. No water bottle supplied, no tea coffee etc, which is very essential.

Room was clean but overpriced and the doors of the was rooms had problem with locking.

In the hotel, Himalaya room service was good and was neat and clean. I am happy with stay here.

The room was too expensive. 2night stay cost us around 5000 and we get a room facing parking lot. We were offered a welcome drink. But there were hidden limitations. We can't choose to have any drink we liked. We needed to choose from limited options. Any food you order takes a lot of time to reach your room. We had to call them up again and again. The location is superb. That is only the plus point.
