familyWe have visit to jim corbett. Such unprofessional staff degrades the goodwill of make my trip. . 2. Despite confirmed booking, hotel staff took 30 minutes with his (not known person) manager. After 30 minutes, room was allotted. No water bottle supplied, no tea coffee etc, which is very essential.

The room was too expensive. 2night stay cost us around 5000 and we get a room facing parking lot. We were offered a welcome drink. But there were hidden limitations. We can't choose to have any drink we liked. We needed to choose from limited options. Any food you order takes a lot of time to reach your room. We had to call them up again and again. The location is superb. That is only the plus point.
