Extremely bad experience, cockroach everywhere, even on the bed, bedsheets were dirty, leakage everywhere in washroom staff doesn't listen

In my 10 years of experience, the first guest was shown 2 rooms but still tried to go to another room at night without asking the staff Translate a conversation

Rooms are cleaned, staffs are good. Toiles are cleaned. Near to the bus stop good place to stay with family and solo

Small rooms
Terrible staff & room doesn't have windows. Privacy is no there. No common space or any area to even sit for 5 min.
