Review Of Hotel Green Park

My booking for my family stay for 2night in 4 room but at last moment hotel manager give my 2 rooms to someone without my permission and we adjust in 2 rooms with family for one night.

My 4 room booking online conform but when we reach hotel in 2 rooms someone else stay with hotel manager permission. And my group stay whole one night out from hotel.

I stayed in room 203, it is about 100 sq-ft room, where if you open the door and walk in, you will hit the bed in 1 step. The bathroom is extremely unhygienic and i would not expect such conditions even in a dorm. The room was non-ac but had ac pipes (no ac, just pipes) coming out of the wall straight 2 feet and dangling. The wifi did not connect, tho at this point it was the least of the issues. The people running the hotel were not bad but the property really needs a make over. Don't believe the room pics, they don't match reality. Regarding the food, when asked if they had a menu, i was told to order from zomato as i would not like the food from their hotel, even tho outside food was not allowed. They happily took zomato order on my behalf and served it in plate with spoons, etc. As i said, staff is not bad only the property needs attention.

To change the receptionist bcz he is not able to answer the questions and one girl should be appointed as receptionist
