Hotel is in Rajbhawan road, little away from main market area. Staff were friendly and supportive. Food quality was good. Worth the stay,

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

Friends i don't understand the charges they charged in online booking by Make my trip , I booked for four days 27 june to 30 june fully paid online per day but they charged , hygienic issues there, hotel direction is wrong, I reach early morning at mall road i called at hotel no one available to pick my call. at the day of check out they didn't provide breakfast and they asking about the water bottle charges they gave in room which included in amenities in mmt booking voucher, everything written in mmt is false . if anyone go to Nainital again i never recommend to stay over there.....

My name is Sachin Arora. I have booked a hotel for one night stay in nanitaal utrakhand for 15 June night. I have booked 3 room for 6 adults and 2 children in which 2 persons are senior citizens and one of them age is 91 years old. The children age are 4 yr and 10 years. I have completed my booking on 15 June at 10.26 pm and choose hotel Green Leaf. At 10.32 pm I have received a call from hotel on regarding confirmation of booking. This no. is also registered in make my trip app for this property. The hotel representative who call me ask me when you reach hotel I told him that we will reach by 1.15 Am. He told me that when you reach hotel you will call Mr. Nitin and Mr. Govind. By 1.10 Am we were reach in front of the hotel I was shocked to see the main gate of the hotel is locked. I was start calling Mr Nitin and Mr Govind. I have tried both the number many times but Both of them did not pick the call. I was also try number where I have received the confirmation from hotel but also on this number no one pick the call. when I was not received any response from hotel around at 1.40 AM almost after ½ hr I was call make my trip toll free number. But unfortunately I was not received any response from MakeMyTrip representative.

Location is good, but non lake view rooms are down stairs approximately 20 steps down and not good for elderly people. Food was good , other aminities are average

Make my trip pe bataya hai mall road se 500 mtr distance hai lekin approx 1 kilometre hai wo bhi sidhi chadai koi aap walk karke nhi aa sakte or na hi koi taxi milti hai agar koi taxi mil jaye to 400 to 500 tak charge lagta hai wapis Room mein aane ke liye again 400 to 500 charge dena padta hai Room ache nhi hai na koi service hai rooms mein kide the hotel walo ke pass koi car facility nhi hai Or near koi resturant nhi hai agar raat ko aapko kuch khana hai to niche mall road per jana bhut mushkil hai hume bhut problem hui

My stay at the hotel was average overall. The room was clean but a bit small and could use better ventilation. Amenities like Wi-Fi and TV worked fine, though the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. The staff was polite, but check-in took longer than expected. Food was okay, not too many options on the menu, and breakfast could be improved in terms of freshness. The location felt safe, and hygiene standards were maintained adequately. With a few upgrades, this place could offer a much better experience. I hope the management takes this feedback positively.

Pathetic is the word for this hotel it was worst than homestay. Rooms were dirty caterpillars kankhajura all over the floor throughout the day. Room is too small as shown the pics. Location far always as shown in the maps. Break fast was only limited options when asked for some extra curd owner refused to give it and said quantity is limited. Spider were roaming on bed. Expired shampoo provided. worst hotel in my life will not recommend anyone to go there.

Highly disappointing experience. The hotel claimed to be 500m from Mall Road, but it’s actually over 1km via a steep uphill road that’s tough to walk. No proper transport support — local taxis overcharge and the hotel has no pickup/drop facility. For such an expensive place, there’s no power backup — we faced a blackout with no solution. Only one towel was provided for two people. Totally not worth the money. Poor facilities, misleading info, and terrible service. Avoid!

Hygiene issue

location is good ,food is good ,and service is satisfactory but it is so much height

No sunlight, everything was feeling wet , bedsheets were not clean hearing voices from outside

Third grade rooms with bad smell, uncleaned. God knows how its in your list

Experience was quite pleasant and we like the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. The staff was polite and the food was also tasty and reasonable. Only drawback was although it is 500 meter from Mall Road, the access road is very very steep and not recommended to people who have difficulty walking or climbing or elderly people. We found it worth for the money we paid at peak season time.
