Review Of Hotel Green Heaven

It was a very bad experience I had ever been faced. The hotel receptionist denied to have my stay there in Hotel Green Heaven and said that they have taken this hotel on lease and so they arranged another hotel and transfer us in Hotel Pahalgam Duke which was another terrible experience without even a bottle of water. There was no facility of warm water in this hotel nor there was any facility of room heater. Without room heater it is not easy to stay in this cold weather of Pahalgam. So, I neither like their hospitality nor the ambience of the hotel.

The location is good and according to the budget tha stay were good. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. But if you have higher budget you can choose another stay.

Lawn is good. Rooms & service is normal. Very limited options available for food. Overall experience is ok

Electric supply issue, cleanliness issue with toilet, no basic amenities like towel, soap etc are provided, when you request staff they arrange it for you. Positive: staff are very co-operative and helpful, the room window opens up to snow capped mountains, beautiful and scenic

The hotel is quite nice and comfortable and the service staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is situated very close to the main center and from here you can get horse ride to visiting place of pahalgam

Approach to hotel is very difficult. Property is not in good condition. Staff is polite. There is very much problem for electricity supply.
