Review Of Hotel Goverdhan Palace

I stay here with my family in Super deluxe room and extra bed for 3rd person. But on first day, no water tap working. Very slow water coming and fan are not cleaned even. Food also very poor. On second day, they alloted us second room and there is same issue about water geyser not working. They have old age furniture, but I don't care much about that but maintenance in room is very poor.

Property location is good but rooms is old furniture and old building

Its a very disappointing The stay was far from comfortable Its quite disheartening when you're paying expecting a certain level of quality and it doesn't meet the mark. It's definitely frustrating when room maintenance is lacking, and unprofessional staff can really detract from the overall experience. To top it off, food quality is also not upto the mark just adds to the disappointment. I feel the price i paid was significantly higher than the value i received in terms of the room condition, service, and even the food.

location is easily reachable. very less( only one room attendant) workers. reception service not good. no service while check out. night security no use. we stayed for three days. nobody has come for room and bathroom cleaning. I don't recommend this property for my future stay.

I was booked hotel for two days by hotler refuse to give room for two days. On that time customer care support of mr. Mukul was excellent. He make my-trip excellent and change hotel on immediate and other hotel service and room was excellent. Thanks make my trip to make my trip excellent.

Worst food, room ac not working, room door not locked properly. Hotel is like some haunted house!

Extra charges of rs. 560 have been taken as early check in. The manager was very rude and not co-operative. The room was also not in good condition. I personally refer to all people visiting mathura not to stay at this hotel rather they should stay at any hotel near mathura bus stand.

Worst hotel experience ever. The service was terrible, and the location is far from anything convenient. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful, which just added to our frustration. On top of that, the food was overpriced—200rs for 2 boiled eggs…Like seriously?? They rate themselves 3star but it’s not worth of even a 1 star. The rooms are not at all maintained.This place completely ruined our trip. If you want to enjoy your vacation, avoid this hotel at all costs.
