The room though spacious but looks dingy. Lot of things are or broken and not properly maintained. Handles of both the room door and bathroom door were broken. Latches were the only way to keep them locked. Ac swing was broken too, we had to use small paper box to hold the swing in the direction we wanted. On the name is service, they only provided 2 soaps and nothing else. Over all, i found the price little too much for this place.

The hotel has completely lost it! rooms are not tidy, staff is not at all friendly, hygiene factor is zero. Only go if you don't find any other hotel.

check in time in hotel is too much late. in check in time rooms are not available.

Went for early checkin, paid extra for that and lights were not there until we went out of the hotel, no staff informed anything, room was not cleaned properly, so many mosquitoes, stinky washroom, curtains were not closing properly, ac was not working, no toiletries, no water bottles, not even single thing that was good, too bad experience, the owner was rude and ill mannered.

Food quality not so good and food quantity also not given proper i tell to hotel staff give me butter in breakfast but they tell who gives butter they also not give complimantory pick up and drop to banganga or helipad

When we have checked-in, they have shown one room which was pathetic, and another room which was ok, but the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom door was not having any lock. And the the staff was not properly responding, the ac on off switch was not working properly, the with in no time we have left the property and booked another property.

Staff courteaus, rooms big and mouthwatering food.

Not at happy with hotel service. When reached there they said no room available. Even after the booking also. After so much of conversation they have given one room for 5 people and we booked 2 rooms. Room service people didn't visit in the room for cleaning. No proper coordination between staff.

Good facilities with nearest to temple check post point, excellent for families.

Everything was terrible. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly, not hot water in few rooms, toilets were not clean, towels were dirty.

Recently stayed at this hotel with family, Its Good place to stay, Food is nice for veggies. Staff is good and helpful. Only troubled found in toilets need some maintenance. Rest good to go along for one or two days. Room services are bit slow but still manageable.

Cab service from hotel to banganga was good because auto rate is notch high in Katra .. They also provide free pickup and drop from Katra station. My grandparents like tea and I loved black coffee. There is a OK dhaba nearby you can eat breakfast. Room service was quick and helping, will stay again ..

Small rooms but very neat and clean well maintained. Rooms does not have any windows and no source of ventilation. Room service was appreciably good. We got dinner at even 11. 30 pm on our arrival. Good and hospitalized staff. Always at your service.

Good hotel but service is below standard, must improve on part of service. Overall good hotel won't regret it as reasonable price. Not far from market and slip counter. Food quality is reasonable. Overall OK.

It was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a lot. Was on the vacation. Gone for vaishno devi darshan. Stayed in the hotel for night. But was a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. Location was OK but not very convinent.
