It's refreshments room not hotel
This is not hotel but refreshment room. Every room is totally intact no window. You can stay upto 5-6 hours. Apart from this all other services are good. Not good for family specially with kids.

Location - good, hygiene - worst, saftey standards - none, no food.
Property's location is good but hygiene & safety standards is a no no.

Poor stay
Poor stay experience with small rooms and no hygiene and sanitation no entry was there cockroaches are there while entering through way. Rooms are not like shown

Not recommended.
Falls ceiling of room was damaged. Ac showed 16 deg c but feeling in was of 27degc. Hotel has to depend on outsiders for providing tea, snacks etc. You wont get tea in room before 8a. M. Poor cleanliness.

Very expensive, very small rooms.
coupleVery expensive as per the location is which is inside, however, it's very close to gateway and Colaba markets, rooms were very small, although looked neat, interior looks like small cabinets, not ideal for family and couples, though for solo travel only for staying is ok. But expensive for the services.

Worst place to be
If there was a minus rating available this one would top the chart. We had to stay there in emergency. They charged a fortune for the cheapest room. Room was very tiny and not at all clean. The sheets were torn cushions dirty. You could hear toilet flushes and what not from other rooms. Even the entrance was full of trash and dark. Worst experience ever.

Good Stay
Location is brilliant. However approach to the hotel once inside the building is a little murky. Can be kept clean by the building.
