Pathetic Manners of Hotel, I had to change clothes in Open Car Parking
the location was good, and I have travelled with family along with a small dog. we have booked pooja at temple for 2 separate days, the day we checked in and next day morning. the pooja (which I don't have any control) took 40 min extra, so because the checkout time shown is 11, they asked my whole family including kid, elder person and wife to vacate the room at 10:45, wife even said right now no guest is waiting for the room and my husband is went for pooja , and about to come..if you want WE CAN PAY EVEN A BIT EXTRA FOR 1 HOUR..but they just denied, and asked to vacate, when I came back at 12:30, my whole family was standing at car parking, they even reset the room and kept it like (((till that time nobody, no guest was there to check in))).. they didn't have courtesy to share one single even non AC room for 1 hour (even paid) , I had to change my clothes in open car parking...its the epitome of customer service I have seen in my life, that this much of bad customer service can happen in today's time... I would suggest NOT to go for this hotel there are many decent enough hotels are available I stayed in quit a few, But I WILL NEVER STAY AT ELITE INN AGAIN and I will inform all my relatives and friends also not to choose this even if you have to 200-500 extra don't choose this hotel

Pure class and comfort

overall good but need improve bed and pillow quality very rough and worst and bed bad smell, drink water better each floor ,1 st floor and 2nd floor only available

Stayed on 8th Feb 2025
The property is fairly new and very close to the temple. We opted for ac suite room as travelled as a group of 4. The stay is very clean and we really enjoyed my stay. We checked in at 4PM and requested to extend the checkout from 11AM to 12PM. They were very accommodating and accepted the request Incase they dint have any guests next day. Eventually we checked out at 1:30 and they were still okay with it. Would definitely recommend this place. Only Con was there is no in-house restaurant but otherwise it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are clean, service is good. But pillow covers are not washed and smell is not good. King size bed is not available as mentioned at time of booking.

The room was bit small, rest all were good. This was pretty new property. The restrooms were neat as well. It is near by gate4 which makes it easy to access the temple.

familyThe location of the property was quite concealed. It was far away from the crowd and was in an isolated area. The cleanliness and service however were all great and worth the money. I would say that this was a great deal.

Near to temple good hotel but there is no restaurent location was good. Boys
There is no restaurant and rooms doesnt have perfumes. Boys behavior was nice-and budget friendly hotel.

Good stay for family
My family stayed here for one day and we did not have any issues, the rooms and toilets are clean. Move-able beds, we attached the beds and made sure the kids are not left in the corners. Parking is available for 15+ cars. Walkable distance to gate 4. Hotels, and all kind of shops are just 1-2 mins walk.

Room service is not good, they don't clean the room and they have provided tv but it won't work. They should at least provide water bottles everyday we have stayed for 3 days no proper service. They have a lift but it won't work and poor check in process we have waited for like 30 minutes to check in.
