The room were dirty and even the linen and blankets were very dirty

It is the worst Hotel in the Katra. It's facilities are so poor. In my opinion please don't book this Hotel.

Staff behavior is not good room was not proper clean

The Hotel rooms were stinking very badly and the wash room were also not properly cleaned. Hope you try to improve the Hotel list and provide better Hotel and facilities

Hotel was good, but we didn't get Western toilet as shown in description due to which elder members faced problems

The room should be around the charging point bed. If someone has booked a room for 3 people, then the hotel staff should put an extra bed themselves. The customer should not put on repeated calls.

Toilet were too dirty, no soap, no towel, room size was small and air-condition was fixed in the window with all parts broken.
Given one rating as lesser than this is not possible. The hotel map is suggesting to Durga Hotel, which is situated at Katra taxi stand, whereas actual location is different. I got confused with name at the time of booking as my earlier experience with Durga hotel was good. Since the map also suggested the same location, I made the booking thinking that hotel name might have changed. Toilet were too dirty, no soap, no towel and air-condition was fixed in the window with all parts broken. They simply said that they didn't charged for the AC. On the day of checkout on asking for a jug of water, they told my son to come with the jug and take water.

Please don't book this hotel. I checked the rating of makemytrip for this hotel and they given it 4 star. It is not worth of 1 star. It is basically a lodge not a hotel and rooms are so stinky that you can't breath properly. I visited Katra with my family and did the last time bookings so I opted for this but this was the worst hotel. Only the location is good as this is near bus stand and yatra parch counter no other benefit other than location.

Good service and Rooms at this low Budget ,. Staff was cooperative . Perfect for low budget trip . They also help us with information about near by areas ,. Also help us to get a Taxi for site seeing.

Location is near by bus stand, room service is very good, service is very good, over all good experience, room size is good for 2 people, security is good over all rating for hotel is very good so I will give 4 point to hotel ..
