I had booked three 4 bedded rooms. The room description had sofa, refrigerator, balcony. But none of the rooms had any refrigerator inside. Only 1 out of 3 had sofa & balcony. They never offered complimentary tea on any day. Even the breakfast was not buffet system in Saturday morning. Pool was well maintained. Room cleaning was done everyday. The staff behaviour was always good. However lack of dedicated intercom facility is a huge negative as it's not easy to order food. Instead customers have to call everytime on a given number for any room related matter from own phone. Lack of variety in food choice is also a negative. Lastly improve on rice quality used to serve customers.
