A short trip but became a very comfortable one because of the hotel n staff .Front desk , staff were too polite and warm . Always at beck n call.Food was good n service amazing .Rooms neat clean tidy especially washroom. Infact felt like home.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Food was good. Location excellent if you want to roam around in local market, but if you want to go to nainital or bhimtal or any tourist place than you should stay in kathgodam.

There is an issue with warm water
Services are good, location as compared to other hotels in Haldwani is good. Food is nice. There was no electricity for 2-3 hours. Staff behaved very good. Room was okay. There was shortage of warm water. Water pressure was not there for warm water. Had to wait for minimum 6-7 minutes to get warm water.

Hotel was good for family
The location was very good. It was convenient. There were service issues. The services were delayed. Facilities were average. The food was very good, with good quality and ample variety. The staff was polite and helpful. Room was excellent.

In comparison to other hotel in Haldwani it's a good hotel
Food was good. For services, I deducted one point because of lack of water in the room. No electricity was there for almost 2 hours. Staff is good. Overall it's a good experience.
