Poor Stay
I stayed at your hotel during my recent business trip. Overall stay was comfortable. However, I would like to share one concern. Since my bookings are through corporate and we frequently stay here every month, I was surprised to know that in case of any emergency if a colleague has to stay, it is not allowed without an additional charge. This becomes inconvenient during urgent situations. It would be helpful if the hotel could be a little flexible for corporate guests who have regular bookings, especially when such cases are genuine emergencies.

rude behavior of management staff
this is my 5 th stay in this hotel this time I requested. early checkin for which the management staff asked me for early checkin charge of rs 1000 I requested to give it conplimentary or charge me 500 during the billing to which a management staff looses his cool and even spoke to me rudely that no need to come. next time and in front. of other team members kept talking some rude language

We would like to kindly clarify that the early check-in (8;00 AM) charge of rupees 1000 included GST and the day-of -arrival breakfast was communicated and agree a day before check-in but paid only Rs.500. These charges are part of out standard policy to ensure we can prepare the room and offer and offer additional services outside the regular check-in hour .we value your patronage and assure you that our intention is never to cause inconvenience , but to maintain transparency and provide a comfortable stay for all our guests. washroom maintenance and unhygienic food
I have booked Rooms through make my trip. Room were very small and washroom need lots of maintenance. Hair dryer was not working.Found hair inside the Raita.

Ok hotel. Dirty Wash
The Hotel was ok with polite staff and clean Room. Biggest downside was dirty and stinky washroom and bathroom. It was stinking to the extent that the room was also smelling bad.

Terrible Stay
Very bad Experience . Even after me informing them prior booking that bedsheet sjould be cleaned and hygiene CORAL STAR didn’t work on it. We got allergic to insects. DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE. Despite of booking gold room the ac’s were over noisy. THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK.
