Review Of Hotel Classic Residency

This budget hotel is reasonably good for short visits and very conveniently located near a Metro Station connecting the main Railway Station, Bus Stand as well as Airport, close to Market and Restaurants etc

The staff is rude and asks for vacancy well before the timeline/ 2 times person can to ask for checkout before 12 PM /time. And the receptionist also says he too called for checkout/ very rude way to ringing bell at door and saying to checkout

Everything is good about this hotel apart from the mediocre service.

Room was clean. Stayed for two days. Ordered tea and coffee but was not up to the mark . Washroom was clean. Blanket was torn and quality of bedaheet pillow was also not up to the mark as per a 3 star hotel. Location is nice . Size of room was ok ok , parking was available.

The environment is very good as well as the staff and there behaviour also very polite and good housekeeping also good .

The hospitality of this hotel is disaster and the food is tasteless, staff is not cooperative their rooms AC is not even working properly also the rooms are not clean and the washroom’s are very unhygienic hence the whole place is very bad to visit.

The property is neat and clean.with every facility like ac,geyser,.daily room service. Hotel staff is also polite and co-operative.property is situated in prime location with good accessibility.

Not a good experience. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly and service is always delayed. rooms are not ready even at check in time. breakfast is not even ready by 10am. Not properly managed

AC’s were not working we checked in at 8PM still the room was not ready and they allowed a pet in the hotel there was a dog barking throughout horrible horrible experience

Poor bad sheets , complaint still there even after replacing it twice. Room not proper clean and generator smell in the room

There were multiple power cuts during night. The toilet was not clean. Too many mosquitos were there in room as well. Not at all recommend to stay.

The location is excellent. The property is located close to the heart of the city yet in a peaceful corner. There's ample space for parking and they got halls appropriate to to the gathering size. The food quality is good and they got their own vegetarian restaurant nearby. The amenities in the room upto the level desired from a 3 star hotel. The bathrooms were clean and bath robes tidy.

रूम की प्राइस /किराए की तुलना में उस क्षेत्र विशेष में अन्य होटल की तुलना में बहुत ही अच्छी हॉस्पिटैलिटी । साफ़ रूम / वाशरूम , साफ़ तौलिये , शेविंग मशीन , ब्रश , टूथपेस्ट , शावर जेल इत्यादि मिलनसार स्टाफ । इस क़ीमत में तुलनात्मक दृष्टि से इन सुविधाओं सहित बहुत कम होटल हैं । कुल मिलाकर किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत नहीं मिली । बस होटल प्रबन्धन को पार्किंग एरिया बढ़ाने पर विचार करना चाहिए । क्यूंकि अगर आपकी गाड़ी बेसमेंट में पार्क है और अगर आप जल्दी में हैं तो गाड़ी निकालने में थोड़ी दिक्कत और विलंब हो सकता है । बाकी सब बहुत बढ़िया । ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms are good but lighting needs improvements. Bathroom is too slippery and a bit dark, not very safe for elderly people

It was average, mini fridge didn't work properly, ac turned off randomly at night. In the morning , toilet flush wasn't working properly

The hotel is located in we'll connected Mahanagar area . Services of cleanliness, A/C ,water supply ,Electricity etc were well maintained . Restaurent is not there but breakfast items are available at lunch/dinner also which is a limitation in choice.Staff was polite .
