Room size was big and spacious. Hotels has big open space for kids to enjoy, very nice swimming pool and kids pool. Most important thing their room service was awesome just dial 9 and service boy at your door step to take your request. overall nice experience. This hotel has bar and outsiders come in the evening but did not get any issue, with the stay with my family they manage everything smoothly. will visit again in my next trip to Lucknow.

Very dirty room, full of mosquitoes and dirty bedsheets. Staffs unprofessional. Rooms smelling badly.

Vary bad experience with this hotel not good room and staff behaviour. Rooom is very 3rth quality cleaning and sanitizing not dons

The pressure of water wasn’t good and the food was also not good the staff was always asking for tips. And if we have them 20 or 30 rs than they say that you should give us 100 or 200 rs.

No proper cleaning of rooms bed sheet are old pillow cover are not clean no dusting of rooms bathroom are not properly clean

Hotel room ac was not working properly and even not cooling this is really bad experience in the. Hotel mmt and hotel is passing the ball to each other no one has provided any solution so we checkout in the mid of night

This place is not like a hotel. Its basically a marriage lawn where people stay during any function. Its not good for individual stay.

Easy to navigate. Hotel staffs are polite but not too co-operative. No internet facility in rooms and manager gave excuse that there is just one router for whole hotel which is currently not working. Please stop cheating customers and don't think that customers are fool. Room attendant charged double just for beer cans. Beautiful location.

It's an old property but well maintained, and best thing, they allow dogs.

Location is ok food is very good, tasty and hygienic hygiene looks good

Room phone not working, one hav

Very bad experience, no service and no supportive staff

The room given to us was dusty and half of the lights weren't working. We asked them to change the room, even then some lights weren't working. The swimming pool access was chargeable on per person basis which isn't mentioned anywhere and they tell u that last minute.

Tv remote tap rapped and not clean. Room and bed sheet not clean. Outer area drain filled with dirty water and not passing out and stinking around pool and parking area drains.
