Good Experience - I can come back
Decent hotel -Rooms were clean n good -Dont go with expectation of Clarks Shiraz and Clarks Amer in terms of hotel get up to set right expectations.

Poor Stay
The infrastructure is very poor. When we entered the lights were off in the main lobby so couldn't even recognise the hotel. No security was there to guide the parking. The hotel board was thrown off the road. Not a good one worth price. The brand is not worth as perceived in their websites. Please do not promote this hotel. Hotel entry key is absolute nuts and cardless entry is a myth. Corridor was dark and no lights was put on. This is the first time I had such experience from a luxury hotel. Seems like a guest house.

Terrible Stay
Room was very poorly maintained. Power outlets were not working, so could not charge anything. Room was smelly and AC not working properly. Bed sheet and pillows also had stains and smelled bad.

Excellent Stay
Since last 3 years in my every official tour at Vadodara, I am staying in Hotel Clarks Collection, I havs a great experience. The rooms are neat & clean and very comfortable, and all staffs are very professional, friendly, polite & helpful. The location is convenient - near to Airport & Railway Station. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Quality & Varity of Breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely recommended this hotel for staying during your official tour or vacation with family & friends at Vadodara

Stay was good food was also good but there are some amenities which are missing from the menu which was provided by you guys (MakeMyTrip) examples there were some things which are missing which are been mentioned below- 1. Hair dryer 2. Dental kit 3. Hair cap 4. Sleeper Rest everything was good.

my stay at Clarks collection was good , ambience of hotel was good, hygiene maintained, location and parking facility was good. Few things where they can improve like asking for laundary on daily basis. rest everything was fine... Hotel staff was polite and cooperative.

Terrible Stay
My stay at Hotel Clarks Collection was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. To begin with, finding the hotel at night was a struggle due to the lack of visible signage, something that should be basic for any establishment. The check-in was smooth but upon entering the room, I was shocked by the poor cleanliness. The room was dusty, with spider webs in corners of bed, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedsheets and blankets had an unpleasant odor and caused itching, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The bathroom was equally poorly maintained. There were no doormats outside, creating a mess every time I stepped out with wet feet. Even basic amenities like hand wash and shower gel were missing, with both bottles completely empty. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected from a reputed hotel. Cleanliness, hygiene, and basic customer comfort were severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
