My stay at Hotel Clarks Collection was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. To begin with, finding the hotel at night was a struggle due to the lack of visible signage, something that should be basic for any establishment.
The check-in was smooth but upon entering the room, I was shocked by the poor cleanliness. The room was dusty, with spider webs in corners of bed, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedsheets and blankets had an unpleasant odor and caused itching, making it impossible to rest comfortably.
The bathroom was equally poorly maintained. There were no doormats outside, creating a mess every time I stepped out with wet feet. Even basic amenities like hand wash and shower gel were missing, with both bottles completely empty.
Overall, the experience was far from what I expected from a reputed hotel. Cleanliness, hygiene, and basic customer comfort were severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
