Very unpleasant stay at Brijwasi Lands Inn. The AC wasn't properly working. I was shifted to a different room and faced the same issue. Some time during the night, the AC automatically switched off twice and had to turn it on again which was quite frustrating. Asked for an iron too which was also malfunctioned. The breakfast buffet was disappointing with limited options. For the premium price that they are charging, the services are absolutely pathetic.

1. Don't fall prey for the complementary high tea. it is not a high tea. They just offer tea or coffee with biscuits. Although the package mentions a high tea per night, they don't offer it after 5:30pm. 2. The breakfast has limited options wherein the buffet is not offered on some days stating low occupancy.

Hotel is very good location, staff are very co operative, rooms size are reasonable good, amenity also good, reception staff all excellent specially mr. Madhav sharma very help full

Hotel rooms are average. Toilets are not maintained. Very less water pressure in wash room food is also average but service is very slow

I got room on 3 rd floor. Lot of noise. Drunk people on floor. People were fighting at 1. 00 pm night. Bakwas hotel

Hotel is located at convenient place in mid of mathura and vrindavan from where you can travel to both locations easily with minimal cost. Nice food and spacious rooms and cooperative staff.

I stayed at brijwasi lands inn for one night only but experienced high level of hospitality! the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast spread was too good ! the staff was gentle and took care of everything that could make us comfortable ! would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Location and rooms are good. Worst is the food service, super duper expensive and breakfast service was horrible on all 4 days, taste was good, but the service is really slow that we had to leave after 45 minutes of waiting for the tea. We never saw or got water on all 4 days of our breakfast. Barring the utility guy who cleaned out room everyday and one aged waiter, forget about greetings they don't even know how to smile. It was like they were doing us favor serving the food. I have complained to the manager, i hope the feedback will be taken seriously.
