Review Of Hotel BKC Palace Inn

The rooms were so small. The photos added on website are not at all matching with the reality. The location is also terrible beside a roadaide food stall where i saw very low calss people. Also the towels, beddings and mattress were below standard class.

Comfortable and Almost Clean. You pretty much get value for money. But their service at this price is amazing.

Horrible facilities and terrible service, everything was dirty and the room was smelly. The water in the bathroom had no pressure at all. Please avoid this place.

The hotel was not at all similar to what was shown in the photographs. The rooms were dampy, small and uncomfortable. Also the neighborhood was very terrible and no place nearby to have dinner or breakfast. The menu of the hotel was limited and the staff seemed friendly, but not cooperative. Overall a bad experience and will not again book the hotel

Hotel location was very bad. Rooms are too small as showed and compared to the pictures online. Very pathetic and bad experience i ever had. I had to book another hotel early in the morning. I will never refer this hotel to anyone.
