this time very very bad experience with poor quality of food and not having food in the given menu and also basic amenities which they mentioned were not provided even after the complaint was raised. And hotel staff was very creepy and did not provide an answer for your discomfort

familyLocation and food was good but the room & other amenities are poor. We were denied for breakfast which i paid in advance during booking. After talking with hotel owner only, breakfast was provided.

Excellent Stay
really a wonderful experience.. location & amenities including parking , lift service & a big open terrace with a mind blowing view all around is just beautiful..last but not the least, a very generous cooperative staff adds to a comfortable stay at this blessed location..advise all my friends travelling in this sector to try this destination.. you'll thank me for sure 😊

familyIt was really nice place to stay. Wonderful location beautiful property. The only thing which i didn't like was they give us room with very small balcony which was in corner though many rooms in same category with big balcony were available. Other wise every thing went well

Very nice stay
Nice hospitality by the staff and rooms were also clean. Food served was also good along with clean cutlery.

Our stay in bagora heights was superb👌👌👌everythng was beyond our expectations...its a beautiful property with serene views..polite and well trained staff...food was also vry good..neat and clean rooms...v highly recommend this place...n v ll definitely stay at this property only whenevr v visit again

Great place at the outskirts of palampur
The location is beautiful, but far away from the main town. So you should consider it only if you have a private vehicle and don't rely on public transport. We were 5 people who stayed in a family suite with balcony. This was in off-season. The suite had a big balcony with a master bedroom and an attached bedroom. The balcony and the bathroom could be accessed only from the master bedroom. The attached bedroom had a small window with a beautiful view. The room service was prompt. We were provided bottles of clean water, and did not have to shell out money on buying packaged water bottles, which is a big plus also from the sustainability point of view. The staff was polite and professional. The food was delicious. We ate dinner also from here, and it was also good and very reasonably priced. There were only two negatives: one, the refrigerator in the room was quite noisy and we had to switch it off. Two, since we were five people, we had requested for an extra mattress. The bed sheet that came with the extra mattress was not clean.

Value for money
Nice location with good quality rooms with very good view. Located in the lap of himalayas, on should stay here with good affordable price with very good food as well

Awesome palace for family

Best near palampur city
This hotel is just between the hills and a offbeat hotel. If you really love peace and then this hotel will not disappoint you in any terms. Rooms were clean and food was above average. The view from the room was awesome and even they have a great terrace.

The rooms are not spacious as compared to the price they have. They have basic amenities and food is good.
