Excellent Stay
The property is situated at an amazing location. Delicious food was served as per our choices. Fabulous architecture though the rooms need renovation as well as the whole property. Amenities were good. Hygiene wise is also fine. Staff was indeed very helpful and caring. Overall just a lovely trip.

coupleRooms are small even for deluxe room, food is decent. But disappointed with power cuts even with heat. Price is relatively high as compared to near by hotels and facilities. So won't go back

Little paradise amid-st the foothills of dhauladhar
familyThe hotel is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Located in the beautiful village jia, hotel offers a stunning view of snow covered dhauladhar. Host, mr bhardwaj sir is also a very keen host who would go that extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Given the remote-ish location you have to be patient with your food expectations but nothing that you can't get used to. Both my kids too had a great time throughout the stay.

Nice property with off beat location and amazing food. Property is located at a very nice location and staff is really nice and prompt in response. Go for it for relaxing and soothing experience.

Not worth the money
familyThe resort is located away from the main road, and the approach road to the hotel is almost non-existing. Luckily it was not raining, had it been raining it would have been impossible to reach the hotel. I don't know whether the hotel was pet friendly or not but one of the guests was walking around with their dog in the hotel without any concern for fellow guest, moreover they brought their dog to the dining area when other guest were having breakfast. Nobody from management was present. The breakfast was pathetic in terms of variety, they had only partha, poori/bhaji, eggs and watermelon to offer. The corridors of the hotel were dusty and dead bees were lying around. Overall not worth the money they are charging.

The 2 km approach road was pathetic and not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Staff was very supportive however this is very far from the highway and even property was rundown we found big spiders in our room and that's all.

The perfect getaway
The Citadel Resorts was my perfect getaway from the noise of the city. Not just the location but The food, The atmosphere everything came together to make it good. Plus the weather was cherry on the cake. Perfect.

Food is good. Location wise roads are not good

Though The resort is situated away from The City, it was peaceful and located in naturally beautiful place. All The staff members are very well behaved.

Pathetic hotel please don't go
The room and entire hotel has dampness dampness n dampness foul smell n owner too arrogant n u supportive not recommended away from city poor road connectivity and very expensive.
Pathetic room with all around dampness poor conditions totally waste of money the owner non courteous not supporting.

The guest had booked standard room (on lower ground floor with limited view) and checked-in late at night. They wanted a free upgrade to super deluxe room. As a policy if vacant we normally upgrade one category I. 3. Deluxe room The review seems to be biased and exaggerated view in response to being asked to pay extra charges for The upgrade.

Approach to hotel is not good but location is excellent.

We have a handful dedicated and reliable staff always eager to serve. Please come again when The resort is abuzz with activity, but then also The silence is unmissable.
