The customer service provided by the front desk was excellent. We felt at home. They proactively changed our room without our asking for better room. Rooms were with excellent hill view.

The staff was very welcoming and courteous ensuring a comfortable stay. The chef provided gluten free meal that was delicious. Would like to come back in future too!

Good location easy to find. Hotel is good to stay with clean room and peaceful atmosphere with good views of hills. Washrooms are bit small. But overall not bad to stay for a night.

Food was great. Hotel staffs were very humble and helpful. Hospitality was great.

Awesome stay at Sterling
I have stayed for 3 days here 20th - 22nd June with my family. Experience here is awesome. Staff is really good at service and too polite. Location is little 2 - 3 kms away from main Palampur city. Exactly it's at Palampur - Baijnath highway. Location is fine. I prefer to stay again here in future.

Food was delicious And room is also very good

Great place to stay
