We had a wonderful stay at hotel Rongla. Staff is very helpfull, polite and efficient. Food was also very good. Location was best for me, neither in the market nor away. Didn't faced any issue.

very good service, helpful staff. very spacious and clean rooms. very good food. infact they are providing toiletries as well, which was pretty strange. too good. only drawback is, this does not have a lift so old have difficulty climbing stairs.

The rooms were okay, however with elderly parents with us, we requested for room at first floor but it wasn't accommodated despite occupancy being nil. Why i say occupancy nil coz their kitchen was working only on request. However otherwise the staff was friendly and open to feedback. Also, the food was fresh and tasty though the choice was limited as explained above.
