I was totally uncomfortable in this hotel

food is good,cleanliness is ok ok in room,there are lot of flyies in room,can't able to sleep due to this and a lot of disturbance in our opposite room that room some boys are doing party with loud music.we made call to the host but no reply n the party was continued till 2am.Postive poin is location is good, parking is there.but we didn't enjoyed our trip there.

The place was at a very beautiful yet accessible location. We needed an early check in and they were kind enough to comply with our needs. Due to our plan we never got to use the room service but the locals told me about the good food they had! so definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to palampur, the rooms are budget friendly and really hygienic.

Though a small property, it is very well maintained with clean rooms and wide choice of veg and nonveg food. Sincere and well behaved staff. The view of dhauladhars from the balcony is breathtaking. Overall a wonderful experience.

Location was 3km before the main city of palampur. Food was good and properly processed. The hotel staff was also. Cooperative and helpful.

Amazing stay and especially sanchit was so customer friendly. Was a lovely experience. Their food at captain's cafe is super too

Worst experience ever ! caution: the owner of the hotel is very rude the way he talks and seems like an arrogant person. I had a talk with him and he was talking as if he's some king of a state and we are invading his territories. Seems like he's not interested in making people, rather only making money. Room service: the room service is extremely slow. Prices verses what they serve doesn't make any sense. From outside it looks like a good hotel. From inside it's completely the opposite. Good points: food quality is okay. The staff is good compared to their owner. In short unchi dukan(though this is not even that) and feeke pakwan( for sure).

I will never suggest or recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was not co-operative. Tv was not working. It was really bad experience.

Stay was very comfortable but dinner on first night was pathetic

Our stay at Chimbalhar Heights was excellent with neat and clean rooms with all basic amenities. Was out of City in a Silent and calm place just like what I was looking for and the host was very nice.

The hotel is situated at main road, hence very easy to find. It's exact location is a few km outside Palampur which gives you a peaceful and isolated experience. You get a full view of snow capped mountains, also there's ample space for car parking. The hotel is managed by a lovely couple and the food is quite good.
