Jai Hotel and Restaurant

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Staff was so friendly and the best thing is the location of the hotel with the backdrop of snow capped mountains and green meadows. If coming to palampur, this should be your go to hotel. Also well located on the way to dharamshala.

Our experience was very blissful as the hotel is at a lovely location. Rooms are big and service is fast. You can see mountains from the room and it’s absolutely beautiful. Food is to die for! we loved all our meals.

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, primarily due to the absence of basic amenities that are essential for a comfortable stay. While the rooms themselves were spacious and impeccably clean, the lack of amenities such as a minibar, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer greatly diminished the overall experience. **Room Size:** Let's start with the positive aspects—the rooms are undeniably spacious and meticulously maintained. There's ample space to move around and relax, creating a sense of comfort and tranquility. **Basic Needs:** However, the size of the rooms alone cannot compensate for the absence of fundamental amenities that guests expect and rely on during their stay. The absence of a minibar deprives guests of the convenience of having refreshments readily available, while the lack of an iron and ironing board makes it difficult to maintain a polished appearance, especially for business travelers. Additionally, the absence of a hair dryer is a significant inconvenience, particularly for guests who rely on this essential tool for their daily grooming routine. There are numerous options of accommodation available in the vicinity within the prices on which the room was offered. I am totally dissatisfied with the hotel

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The property is really good at a scenic location with 360 degree view from the terrace. The rooms are quite spacious, with balcony wherein you can relax and unwind yourself. Food is sumptuous with courteous and smiling staff. The reception desk manager of the property mr ritesh is quite helpful and seems a person who lead from front. The chef of the property has to rush for some emergency, mr ritesh took the charge, aligned his limited availabike resources and cooked the delicious food by himself. Full marks to him and his team. Must visit property from all aspects.

Weather was amazing in palampur and dharamshala. It is near main road and easily accessible. We liked how big our rooms were! friendly staff and view is awesome from the room.
