It was good to stay all staff was well mannered . The hotel was clean and well maintained

worst experience ever , rooms full of cockroaches, no lift, no proper room service, smelly rooms.

I didn't get any of the service which I have booked, I had made booking for an ac room with double bed but the condition of the room was terrible there was no AC in the room there was a single bed and the lock of the door was also not working lights were fused no window glass in short I didn't get what I have booked so I want an strict action against them and my full refund.

The washroom was a bit small, but overall the ambiance of the hotel was really nice. The décor and atmosphere made the stay pleasant.”
