Very bad. Dirty rooms

It totally uses less hotel dirty bed sheets broken beds and dirty rooms only a single blanket issue by the hotel staff mattress is also uncomfortable.

The room was not clean, the toilet was also not clean. Room is too much small. Simply we can say that it is not worth to stay there. I almost wasted my money.

Bad experience. Every-time i had to call for small things which should have been available in room. Rooms were not matching with the photographs.

Everything was dirty. Staff was not co-operative

The Hotel was just a few meters away from the railway station. Was able to find out the hotel easily. The hotel is very neat and their service is very good. The room rent was budget friendly.

There were rats in rooms hot was provided from other room tea they charged us no pick up and drop facility which you people added in the facility terrible living I will not suggest this hotel stay to any one else thanks.

Rooms were not so clean, food was average, room service was good, stayed here for two without any trouble. Walking distance from main market .. I stayed in non AC room where they don't have any hot water service

Hotel is too Old but value for money. Rooms are big, neat and clean. Staff management is good and location is near to market. I prefer this hotel for guys and group of boys ... Not good for families.

Hotel is located at good location, walking distance from Railway station and Golden Temple. Ideal location for covering all the places of interest in Amritsar.. Mr. Singh very helping person is there who guide you properly.

Worst room ever.. Never go to this hotel... We stayed for 3 days and no room service... Cockroaches are everywhere.. Rooms are stinking badly... Mosquitoes is a big problem... Very creepy infrastructure...

Hotel was very poor... Rooms were not properly cleaned.. Room service was also not so good. Bathrooms were very bad... There was no hot water... Bed bedsheet pillows pillow covers all are very dirty.

Booking from MakeMyTrip was done but at the hotel he said there is no rooms available so after 2 hours of calling MakeMyTrip to hotel finally a get my room like they are just adjusting me. And room quality was very poor totally unhappy.

The facilities provided by the was not good. The rooms were not as same as it was shown in the picture thus the facility provided by the staff is also not good therefore it was a great experience. Hence enjoyed the trip.
