I didn't get any of the service which I have booked, I had made booking for an ac room with double bed but the condition of the room was terrible there was no AC in the room there was a single bed and the lock of the door was also not working lights were fused no window glass in short I didn't get what I have booked so I want an strict action against them and my full refund.
