I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the deplorable conditions during my recent stay at your hotel, HOTEL AVN. The discrepancies between your website's representations and the actual state of the hotel are appalling.
The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches crawling on the bed and in the washroom. The toilets stinked, and the bed sheets were stained and untidy. The lobby was dirty, and the lift was out of order, due to which my elderly mother had to walk 3 flights of stairs. These unacceptable conditions made our stay a nightmare.
Your hotel's failure to provide basic cleanliness and maintenance is inexcusable. We were forced to check out early due to the unbearable conditions. I demand a full refund for the room rent, and I expect a formal apology for the distress caused.
