The stay was comfortable. The food quality is good. The staff behaviour is also nice. However due to ongoing renovation of the hotel , some minor issues remain.

Its an upcoming property thats in the process of renovation. Rooms- Clean and comfortable. Location - in a quieter place as compared to main market. Staff - Needs a lot of training. Restaurant manager when packed fried rice gave just 1 box though the content was put in 2. He gets hassled quickly, not equipped to deal with full house. Reception- 3 people sitting will give you 3 different info on same question. NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE LATE EVENING FLIGHT FROM INDORE AS THERE IS NO PROVISION OF LATE CHECKOUT. Look of the property may give a notion of 5 start but is actually a 3 star place.

Overall great experience! We were satisfied with our room and service. There's some construction ongoing but it didn't create a lot of disturbance. Food was also good!

Hotel is quite good and staffs are cooperative. Food was awesome, location is quite clean , amenities & Services are excellent.

Hotel is currently going through some construction work on higher floors so noisy and irritating, poor wifi connectivity, limited options in the breakfast with average taste.

Nice comfortable stay, friendly staff. Delicious food served at Modak restaurant. Centrally located.

They don't have hot water facility in the bathroom, and bathroom condition is also not good

Had a decent experience but needs a lot of improvement to justify the price point. There is no hot water in the washroom. Staff brings hot water in buckets. There is construction activity that's ongoing in the hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Service from the staff was good as well. Overall a decent experience not the kind of 3 star though

the hotel room has bad smell.. and room had broken glasses .. and the reception staff is very very bad .. strongly dont recommend..

Location was good near by temple mahakaleshwar staff was very cordial hatim tai was very friendly just like my son also food was laziz served with love by Rajat ...over all nice experience ...construction for enlargement also going on ...excellent property
