Had a decent experience but needs a lot of improvement to justify the price point. There is no hot water in the washroom. Staff brings hot water in buckets. There is construction activity that's ongoing in the hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Service from the staff was good as well. Overall a decent experience not the kind of 3 star though

Location was good near by temple mahakaleshwar staff was very cordial hatim tai was very friendly just like my son also food was laziz served with love by Rajat ...over all nice experience ...construction for enlargement also going on ...excellent property

Very good location in the ujjain mahakal temple. Near by all emenitys. No trafic Good parking Very good room Good food And very caindfull staf.. Good luch breckfast and diner in the hotal Beautuful stay in ujjain.

This day wasn't cool, and the hygiene was not up to the mark. I even didn't like the food they served, and the people were not courteous.

Hotel is good just need to improve facility like executive Room ,Food quality of Hotel is very good We prefer to eat food from Hotel restaurant only instead to prefer going anywhere just need to improve staff service in Restaurant staff service in restaurant is slow

The hotel was very good .It has good ambience,good food and over all with good staff and front desk. They allowed us early check-in in a very friendly manner. Even we were given locker facility after checkout to keep our belongings. Thank you Team Atharv
