Great Experience as always .Neat and Clean Room . Had a nice Dinner and Breakfast at the Ashray Restaurant . For Business Travellers this is Perfect Hotel . Easy Accessible from Both Airport and Railway Station .

The entire night and the next morning , a malfunction in their Smoke Detector System created a high pitch beep in regular short intervals. This was really not expected from Ashray after being a regular customer for over 10 years.

Hotel is good. Room cleaning is good. Receptionist also good behaviour. He is good helping nature.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start with, the room was unbelievably tiny — barely any space to move around. Housekeeping was terrible; they never cleaned the room properly, and basic toiletries weren’t even provided. I had to keep asking for essentials, which is unacceptable. The worst part was the so-called "buffet breakfast." It felt like a complete scam. There were no proper choices — just puri, sabzi, and chai. That’s it! No variety, no quality, and definitely not worth the price they charge. Overall, this place is a complete disappointment. Poor service, false promises, and absolutely no value for money. Avoid at all costs!

Though supposed to be an executive room, the tv set top box was not recharged. It took about two hours to get only one english news channel ( republic ) after repeated intervention. There was no kettle nor coffee, tea and milk satchets in the room. The kettle was provided the next day after repeated complaints. The bathroom roof had fungus stains probably six months to a year old. The wc bottom had become brown in colour, probably not cleaned properly or stained. Room walls had stains indicating that hotel was not maintained properly aim is not to criticise but to improve the facility as the hotel is charging for same and not offering anything free. I didn't take photos, but informed the receptionist on 27th morning (tall, thin youngish looking male) and took him to the room 104 and showed him all the issues mentioned earlier. In fact he was the one who organized the kettle

In the last moment the hotel shifted us to another property of theirs near airport, a place with nothing nearby. There was no other option but to agree to what hotel is saying.

It was a great experience, overall facilities are nice food was also good, polite staff's, cleaned environment
