Review Of Hotel AR Paradise

Date(19/10/25)I had one of the worst experiences at A R Paradise( room no. F9). When I checked in, I specifically requested a room with a properly working AC because I had faced the same issue before. Despite mentioning this, the staff gave me the exact same room where the AC wasn’t cooling last time. I called the reception twice, and two different staff members came to check the AC both saw that it wasn’t cooling at all. The second person who came up was extremely rude and behaved as if he owned the place. Instead of solving the problem, he told me he would “put the AC on for one hour” and that I should come and check later. That is not how you treat a guest. It’s their responsibility to ensure the room is in working condition, not mine to test it. When I went down to speak to the manager, even he started arguing instead of handling the situation politely. They eventually offered another room, but by then I had completely lost my patience and left the hotel. Overall, this was a terrible experience the service is awful, the staff at the reception are extremely rude, and the place is not worth your money or peace of mind. Never visiting again.

Hello The hotel room size wasn't as what is shown in the photos The hotel doesn't have in-house restaurant They don't give water in the room when we check in Instead they charge for water The bedsheet were dirty When asked they said the all the sheet have stains and all The room which I got started leaking the second day itself and they had to shift me again to an other room Files were flying around in the second room When informed the guy to came to shift the room he said nothing and did nothing In short very bad experience for the amount it's been charged

First of all the staff is really unprofessional as they don't know how to behave with guest, the rooms are clean but service is bad and food is worst.

Overall Nice experience. Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Food orders took to long to serve.

The room initially provided had a non-functional charging slot, and despite multiple requests, the issue wasn’t resolved for 2–3 hours. Eventually, we were shifted to another room, but unfortunately, that room had a strong alcohol odor and was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, frequently disconnecting.

Excellent service and the rooms are clean would definitely stay here again. Receptionists, helper were very cooperative and supportive.

Very well maintained property. Had an amazing time. Very nice staff. Ezy check in and out. Can do better in serving food. Had to call multiple times for order to be prepared. Good was nice. Room was clean. Very happy with this stay.

*Bit overpriced* Location is ok but the surroundings are very dirty. No water bottle, no tea kit, no breakfast, no inhouse kitchen OTT available. Suggestion: Either reduce the price or increase facility.

The hotel's location is good with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Additionally, the availability of OTT platforms was a plus for entertainment. Disappointing Facilities & Services: - No drinking water bottle provided in the room. - No tea/coffee maker or provisions in the room, which is a basic expectation. - Room was not cleaned the next day. - No in-house kitchen or dining options, limiting food choices. - Missing essential toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, or a grooming kit. - Unclean surroundings Conclusion: While the location is convenient, the lack of basic facilities and poor upkeep make it an overpriced stay.

The stay was good and relaxing. The service is also good and respond quickly. The hotel is on the main road and it quite doesnt have an bad experience

Reception staff is quite rude, charged me almost 50% of the tariff for early checkin by 2.5 hours. Room service takes hell lot of time to deliver.

I had booked for entire day stay but we need had a change in plan and we were going to checkout at 8pm in evening so asked them for early check-in for 11 instead of 12 but they didn't helped us and we had to wait in lobby for an hour inspite if so many rooms. The staff should be more co-operative

We booked the costliest room they had for 2 days. This hotel should be awarded as Slowest service ever. For a single Pen they took more than an hour to deliver. They do not have Their in house canteen/kitchen, all food ordered are being taken from near by restaurant or street vendors and they charge double for that. We ordered an Omlette Cheese sandwich and when received after 40 mins it was all soggy and the cheese was missing.

I will suggest not to book this hotel. Absolutely no. There is no chair and tables in the room. There is no toiletries provided. There is no in house restaurant

Great place great interior and really good behaviour of staff. found property through mmt prime location as well. The food was top notch

At hotel we asked for extra bad as per mmt hotel policy described but hotel manager denied and told to take extra room for 3rd person or upgrade the room. Then finally he upgraded room to add extra bed, for whole this things he charged us 800 + for hotel rooms and 500+ for bed
