It was a very bad experience, no water in the bathroom, broken bed, spitting everywhere in the room and walls. Totally the worst experience with this hotel.

Very bad condition of room and wash room. Dirty bed sheets staff is polite but there is no maintenance of the hotel

It was a bad experience for me. Room size is too small. Location of hotel is not correct in google maps. There are no light and cleanliness in the room and washroom. The staff of hotel is also not cooperative. Light had cut in the night so we faced a lots of problems.

Cleanliness of toilet was disappointing. They must improve cleanliness of toilet fittings, lavatory inner cleaning, water and shower tap cleaning, washbasin cleaning. Room was cleaned and linen were cleaned. Staff was quite good.

It was reasonable and Hotel was good but there is some issue in this Hotel there is no network inside the Hotel

Anusuiya Palace is complete value for money. Clean rooms, and respecting staff.

Room and toilet is so dirty. No one any sense how to talk. Actually it is a couple Hotel where couple come never See such a dirty place in my life. Totally waste of money

This hotel is very bad room is very small toilet and room and bed were dirty, sorry I am only 4hours stay in hotel.

I stayed with my family. I booked two room for 4 person. There is no Tv and no facilities and also room was so dirty. Washroom are not clean and staff are also not supported. So request you to not stay on here. Waste of money, time and feeling uncomfortable. Very horrible atmosphere.
