1:- their is no guard 2:- parking issue 3:- bathroom shower not work properly 4:- bed sheet and pillow cover are not neat and clean 5:- the receptionist is not polite 6:- if we say them about Any issue what we are facing they don’t take it serious 7:- major issue is of no Gaurd in parking area

Food was excellent and stay was also very excellent

The hotel was very good and room was clean and staff was supportive.

They denied our checkin initially stating rooms are sold out and there’s no booking. Later after arguing with the receptionist he called someone and gave us the room after waiting for 40 mins in the reception. Worst part is the rooms. Very poor maintenance. Rooms were only filled with mosquitoes. Not cleaned property with stains on Lenin. WiFi wasn’t working.

I have stayed in the hotel the ambiance is very good and specially the staff the maganer was very polite and everything was neat and clean we had smooth check in and stay as well will sure stay here again.

Very bad and dirty hotel. Zero value for money. Dirty linens, dirty room. Pathetic experience overall. Can someone check this room. You guys charge rs 3000 without breakfast for this property.

They didn’t gave anything in room service, there were no towel, no dental kit, no hair kit, not working kettle no fridge and if asked anything they charged for that

The bedroom condition was pathetic, sheet linen and pillow covers were used and not changed even after asking several times, the washroom washbasin was filled with spitting spots, room had a very unpleasant smell. Overall this stay experience was pathetic.
