I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel, especially as an online booking customer. It’s clear that guests booking through online platforms are given the least priority when it comes to room quality and basic amenities.
The room allotted to me had a non-functional air conditioner, and to make matters worse, the room didn’t even have inverter backup. During a power outage, I had to stay for over 3 hours without a fan or any ventilation – in extremely uncomfortable conditions.
Attempts to reach the front desk for assistance were futile, as no one responded to calls despite repeated efforts. This level of negligence towards guest comfort and basic service standards is unacceptable, particularly when you’re paying for amenities that are not being delivered.
I strongly urge the management to address these issues and stop differentiating between walk-in and online customers. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone booking through online platforms.
