Worst maintenance. There is hell and heaven difference between the pictures they show and what actually it is. Terrible stay. Behaviour of the owner is completely unacceptable. Don't try tea/coffee even if it is complementary.

Hotel property is in good location at rourkela . Fooding is only veg option & price is too high compared to market price . Rooms are not cleaned properly so sting smell is coming if you close the door for longer time >3-4 hrs.

Location is good. It is close to rourkela railway station. The hotel is very old property. Rooms look very old fashioned. Breakfast spread is not good. Very limited options are available. They don't even grill the sandwich. Also, no eggs will be served, as it is a completely vegetarian hotel. Overall, i would not recommend this, as there are better hotels in rourkela at same price.

Very bad experience at Hotel Anurag in Rourkela orrisa. The room stink bathroom was not clean and there is no exaust in the washroom toilet and Air conditioner not working and the room has 2 fan and from those only one working . Cant open the window but what i saw is the wall from the next building. It was very bad experience i totally not recommend to anyone. I totally wasted my money and time .

I booked a presidential ac room in hotel anurag and wish to share a few things. The room was alright but the windows were very small with only one part opening. The bathroom was worst. I didn’t expect that much ugly bathroom for a presidential ac suite where i am paying a good money. Then comes providing shampoo pouches, soaps, tea/coffee - sugar pouches, toothpaste, brush, and water bottle on a per day basis. I stayed 3 nights but was provided these items only once, except shampoo pouches. I felt it is a very unprofessional behaviour. I am not giving you less money per day. I paid whatever you asked. Then why should i be not getting these small small items per day? if new new guest comes each day and pay the same amount then you are bound to give them these. Then why wouldn’t i be getting these? very cheap and unprofessional. The good thing about this hotel is the food at gokul restaurant. It is really tasty.

Location was not good, food quality was not good. Services were ok but stay was not value for money. Towel and ther asic aiites weeeot available like dental kit. Condition of bath room was not good

Very poor hotel with no maintenance.

We were three including myself, my wife & son. We stayed for two days. The room (room no. 103) was too small for three, there was hardly any space to keep luggage, shoes & clothes; forget about the extra mattress as per booking & we didn't ask for. The centre table was too small to call for room service for food. It was winter time, very difficult for three of us, all adults, to sleep at night managing with one quilt. But the room service was prompt, the staff were good & well behaved.

The rooms were good, overall was happy with the stay. Staff was polite, responsive and tended to any issues immediately

I faced problem in complimentary lunch and dinner, as there is a limit of ₹300 imposed in this hotel.
