Nice hotel with clean and good communication with staff.

Good hotel, stay was good, and near to Dargah bazaar and Sharif Dargah.

I am extremely frustrated with the services provided by the hotel and MakeMyTrip, I have been using MMT for ages but never encountered such a worst nightmare, upon reaching the hotel, the staff firstly wasn't sure whether there was an online booking, secondly, they given our super deluxe room to someone else and forced us to stay in a small room which is around 90 square meters room, it was atrocious and messy room which was full of dirt and used blankets and bedspread, no toiletries, no hot water not even on the promised time frame, whilst I complained the reception and MakeMyTrip it didn't make any difference at all, though the initial calls from MMT was a bit of relief but later on it was closed without my consent.

Location is in street so as first time you may face difficulty but they provide good rooms at good prices

Good clean rooms, with Ac 24/7, hot running water and tv. Tea available at all hours. Meals to be had outside cause they don't have a restaurant. Good staff. Highly recommended. Very close to the dargah as well.

Stay was good. Washroom has no ventilation rest were fine at cheap rate.

Very bad management and staff and insufficient room palace. Very poor palace of the hotel.

Superb Room Bani Hashim as per my visit for pray Dargah so it's very close to Dargah, super hospitality
