room was very small. not at all matching bathroom handle is completely broken. not able to close bathroom door. tV screen edges is also broken. telephone does not work. overall pathetic experience. so expensive compared to service they are offering

NIGHTMARE - WARNING
The worst experience ever. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT'S A NIGHTMARE. The rooms are small & dirty. There is no hotel staff or proper management. There is a GYM on the 1st floor of hotel, so don't expect peace. Also, there is no restaurant or proper cleaning staff. DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR FREE.

groupIt's like someone with lots of money has built a hotel and handed it over to some inexperienced persons to handle it. The complete kitchen staff will go away on events like rakshabandhan. There is no rotation of staff to keep the kitchen running. They will show you a room and allot a different one. No towels provided. There were stains on the bed sheet. Leave alone the breakfast, they won't even provide you tea as everyone has went home. Stay away from this hotel

It was a bad experience overall. There is no ramp, one can't use wheelchair to enter and reach lobby. There was no restaurant service. They managed tea from outside thadi. It took 30 minutes. Loud music in morning and evening as there is gym above hotel floor. Lousy service. Un professional staff. Card payment not accepted.

soloHotel is good for the rate it is offering. Staff is very cooperative. Getting. Conveyance is bit a problem as the location of hotel is isolated. Otherwise this hotel can be selected for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Water dining in room from ac. Wash basin was chocked. Not foot mat in room. All was informed to hotel management but no action done by them. It so terrible i think make my trip only consider those hotels which gives good commission. I will never use agian make my trip

Very far from the city
coupleThe location is at a residential area where accessible to market is really hard. No transport available. No dine in option. Need to order from zomato. Rooms are new so it's clean and hygiene
