Terrible behaviour of staffs

Extremely bad experience. very apathetic ..people present there were very insensible and insensitive. Complementary breakfast was never available

We stayed only for one night in a non AC room. The bed sheet and pillow cover were very old and even after cleaning they looked dirty. The bathroom fittings very old and no hygiene. There was no hot water facility but the behaviour of the staff was good... Food - very costly Location - Good

very poor service. AC was working . I make complaint but no solution comes out. I had to spent both night and day as well without AC

Hotel is very old & below average. Staffs are cooperative and food is good. But rooms & bath room are pathetic. Ac room is average but never take for non ac which is not good. Dead old bed spread and pillow, bad odour, small in size. Location is better.

डिलैक्स रूम के नाम पर बहुत ही खराब कमरा खराब बेडशीट और गंदा टॉयलेट और उसकी बदबू से रूम में रुकना भी मुस्कील था ना तो रूम चेंज कर सकते हैं मजबूरी में उसी कमरे में रहना पड़ता है सभी साथियों से सलाह है कि कभी भी कमरा बुक ना करें क्योंकि फोटो सुंदर कमरे का दिखाते हैं वहां पर बिल्कुल गंदा कम आराम मिलता है और आप कुछ कर भी नहीं पाते

The room, bed, washroom were extremely dirty mouse were running in room and were climbing on bed whole night there was no proper drainage in washroom so water was coming inside room i will strongly recommend that anyone should not stay here with family. No this much is enough. The glasses and utensils were extremely dirty, charging point, geyser and wifi nothing was working properly. Food was way to oily and spicy. No one should eat it

Terrible could only stay for ten minutes!

Nit-her rooms & quality service provided by this hotel, minkmum facilities are not available here, inside room mobile network disconnected. Its very painful

In my opinion it is the best choice in this range, they also provide fooding facilities

We were told that room will be available after 2:30 pm even though check in time is 10am. Bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. Many hotel staff did not wear mask. Also the bedsheet was torn at many places.

The sanitazation may be done after arrival of customers of everything including rooms.

Given pillow and blanket is very low quality as well as very bad smelling.

Good neat and clean room to stay for official work. It is nearer to Bihta Station you can hire or the local regular auto facilities is also available and easy to find the hotel as it is beside the NH. Overall good experience to stay.

The room is okay. Maybe we can't expect more than this when we are in Bihta.
