My exam was on 17th October in this location, so I booked this hotel on 11th October. When I reached the hotel on 16th evening, they refused to give me a room saying that the payment had not been received.I was nervous because it was a prepaid booking.Somehow after 1 hour they understood that they were wrong and I got the room. I was not able to bring it to the room, they did not even give me drinking water and said that I would have to buy it, whereas at least 2 bottles are complimentary.There was a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom, the AC was switched on only after asking four times. The bathroom door frame was shaking and the latch was not working.All I want to say is that don't decide whether this hotel is good or not by looking at the photos, I had an exam so I did not react much, but my experience was pathetic.
An old watchman was posted at the reception, the receptionist was missing. He was talking rudely on the call.He says you should talk .We have not received any money. Go away from here.I had a very bad experience.
