The room quality wasn't good and the hotel doesn't provide the GST invoice as they were asking to pay another 5% for the GST voice.

Finding this hotel was a tough ask.. location shared on make my trip is completely different from actual location. This property is on Duncan Road, landmark will be near two tank police station don't go by Make my Trip maps location. Rooms are very small even double bed room is suitable for single person, in the room I was given tv was working complaint thrice but to no avail. They offered 500 ml water bottle when asked for 1 ltr. bottle they served local brand and charged more than print rate. washrooms are so small and congested with no exhaust fans and the door for attic or false ceiling was broken. It felt like an under construction hotel. However, nearby the hotel food option were plenty only if you are non-vegetarian. If with family don't choose rather search somewhere in the suburbs and surely don't choose if make my trip offers this hotel in last minute deals.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever. The thing started with the wrong location mentioned while booking the hotel. Hotel staff was very rude.Rooms and washroom was so Dirty. Not recommended at all

The location is very convenient, rooms are clean, and the staff is polite and helpful. Food was homely and tasty. Perfect for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Mumbai. Would definitely recommend!

Not giving entry in hotel although i have booked it by make my trip very rude behavior and only greedy for money want more money but location and tariff was so high so they want more money i booked from make my trip he was not listening to him also saying that give him entry make my trip tried to convince but rude hotel man not give than rupali of make my trip help me alot and giving me another hotel to stay was good thank rupali and make my trip for your support

Dont imagine by seeing photos actual rooms will be very small so please check with the hotel before booking if you are traveling more than 3 and ask how are accommodating you people and how many beds will be there in one room if u booked 1 room for 3 adults.

Not like 3 stars hotels. I think they don't have their own food and breakfasts. They packed it from somewhere else and the deliver to us. There tea was 40 Rs per cup and it was terrible

Hotel location near JJ hospital. Marine drive is also nearby. 4km. Clean Hotel. Proper precautions for prevention of cold. Hotel is clean, room space average. Bathroom- clean. Staff- polite and cooperative. Area of Hotel is bit congested and slum area but Hotel location is slight better.
