Good Stay
It was good stay with hotel alwar royals. Although service was slow, need to call thrice for cleaning after having food. Reception person was good.

Average Stay
Room and property is good but service is not acceptable. They only allow you on roof or bar/ restaurant, if you spend minimum 4000/-. That will be a very pathetic if someone is staying single, how much he/she will eat or drink and also their service is not so good. Your order will take half an hour to to serving. Worst servicing ever. Also they are running some policies which is totally in favourable for customer satisfaction.

At Hotel Alwar Royals, our restaurant and bar are open to all guests, whether solo travelers or families. However, to maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment, stags are not allowed on the rooftop area. Regarding the ₹4000 minimum spend, this applies only to the private gazebo section on the rooftop — and only when 6 or 8-seat gazebos are occupied, as this falls under our standard minimum cover charge policy for premium reserved spaces. There is no such requirement for regular seating in the restaurant or bar. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your visit. Guest comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are actively working on improving our service and communication. Excellent Stay
The location of hotel is very nice and appropriate to explore Alwar. Staff was also very helpfull and good. We booked super delux room. The room was good only issue which we faced was that we have to ask for dental kit, slippers and all but they provided us everything on just one phn call. Morning breakfast was too delicious. Over all the staff was very professional and stay was comfortable. Fully satisfied with my choice of booking this hotel.
