location of hotel is good, it's between sariska & Alwar. this resort is quite bigger in size & restaurant is good. reception staff is really polite & helpful. especially Ashmita.

Terrible Stay
Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my recent stay at JUSTA Resort, Alwar, booked through your platform, from 15th August to 17th August 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards promised. Key issues faced during the stay: 1. Poor Room Conditions – The bedsheets provided were torn, the rooms were dirty, and lacked basic finishing touches. Check-in was delayed until 4 PM despite prior booking. 2. Unhygienic Amenities – The swimming pool was in a completely dirty state with no filtration or maintenance. 3. Unprofessional Staff Behaviour – The cleaning staff was rude, and the receptionist was very aggressive, unwelcoming, and refused to accept feedback. Room service was unresponsive throughout the stay. 4. Food Quality – Chicken served was not fresh, raising serious hygiene and health concerns. 5.– The resort displayed foosball and other gaming facilities in pictures, but the so-called game room was empty with only a bat, ball, and chess. No foosball table as advertised. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Not only was the property in extremely poor condition, but the unprofessional conduct of the staff made the stay unbearable.

Excellent stay with my family. The staff is amazing. Very helpful and courteous. Food was tasty as well. Manager Soni is top charts. Provided us free room upgrades. Did a fantastic job with the place. Amit and Sangeeta in staff were very good. Highly recommended.

Excellent property and amazing experience
I would strongly recommend this Prime Property to those who are nature lovers , slow travellers, peace spreaders, to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing environment and warmth by the staff..... For easy and hassle-free Services Ask for Soni Ma'am , Ashmita and Maninder also as they are humble and welcoming too.... For best food in town , reach out to Sangeeta in the Kitchen and she'll get you delivered whats said . We were allowed to early check-in and late check out too as there was an availability..... 10 out of 10 in every aspect !!

Group trip with frnds & Family
We booked 5 rooms for our group. Rooms were very neat and clean mainly bathrooms.. overall amenities in the property were good apart from few things like pool was not cleaned and room service was bit delayed.. but food was very good 5/5 for food and restaurant service

Poor Stay
Food was ok but facilities is poor service is also so poor room's bathroom is not cleaning in room dinning time is so poor

Worst experience, bad service from the managemen
Worst experience 1. We checked in late, and 1 room was not ready. We were asked to wait for 10 mins. 2. The fridge, was not available in one room. After asking for the fridge multiple times, since it was really hot, no one bothered to provide the fridge even the manager. 3. None of the room was cleaned, I had to escalate multiple times then in the night it got cleaned on the second day of our stay. 4. After a lot of requests the water bottles were provided. 5. Food was good and only 2-3 people from the restaurant actually cared about the service.

Hotel Staff was very unprofessional
Property Location is good, Food quality is average. Their Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is below average. Hotel Staff is unprofessional.

Good Stay
I went for a short stay in the resort for a day, found it good. So my overall experience is good, food is good so my suggestion is take full breakfast lunch and dinner package, however you can go out to small dhabha nearby about 1/2 KM, but food here is generally good, pool is ok ok not a big pool but kinda work. The stay is lavish and too much green around in the premise. The convening part is there is monkey around and pool is not very clean as tree around and leave stay there, otherwise you can choose this location is also ok
