I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my recent stay at JUSTA Resort, Alwar, booked through your platform, from 15th August to 17th August 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards promised.
Key issues faced during the stay:
1. Poor Room Conditions – The bedsheets provided were torn, the rooms were dirty, and lacked basic finishing touches. Check-in was delayed until 4 PM despite prior booking.
2. Unhygienic Amenities – The swimming pool was in a completely dirty state with no filtration or maintenance.
3. Unprofessional Staff Behaviour – The cleaning staff was rude, and the receptionist was very aggressive, unwelcoming, and refused to accept feedback. Room service was unresponsive throughout the stay.
4. Food Quality – Chicken served was not fresh, raising serious hygiene and health concerns.
5.– The resort displayed foosball and other gaming facilities in pictures, but the so-called game room was empty with only a bat, ball, and chess. No foosball table as advertised.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Not only was the property in extremely poor condition, but the unprofessional conduct of the staff made the stay unbearable.
