Rooms were very clean, pool area was also neat and clean and food was also good

Stayed for 2 nights here. Lots of observations; 1. Not at all kid friendly(Even rotis/Khichdi were not made available) 2. Service is extremely poor, even for tea, they could not leave the flask behind(Even when requested) 3. Took me 5 calls to get the TV to function 4. Breakfast queue was like langar, you had to literally pray to God to get access to a certain item 5. Swimming pool was not maintained well, lots of insects at night time 6. Basic amenities like Hand towels, floor towels missing, despite the property housing a swimming pool 7. No view from room, literally the windows are like 5-7 inches thick, which hardly was enough for a decent view Considering that we had spent almost 4K per room, this was one of the worst experiences we had. Do look for other properties around before zeroing down on this one.

The room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. Some food items were reasonably priced, though a few like tea at ₹200 felt overpriced. The pool and other facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the booking, was good overall, although coffee was not available. Despite minor drawbacks, this is one of the best resorts in Alwar.

Hotel property was spacious and beautiful but lacked cleanliness, which can be improved. The hotel restaurant food is poor and the staff is not professional. Swimming pool is nice but again needs cleanliness.

Cleanliness in the room and common areas like lobby and pool was good. Service and behavior of staff was also good. Had booked a deluxe room and in request they also helped us get a free upgrade to super deluxe as it was available. Ordered break fast only from the hotel and they were good. But please note it is a vegetarian restaurant. Also the food cost is pretty high. Since we went out for lunch and dinner it didn't cost us much. Overall the experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights with my kid and wife. Baby pool was also clean. Location is little outside the city and serene surroundings.

The property is not well maintained, leaking passages, broken tiles, etc. Pictures gave a different perspective. Buffet BF was below average and ambience of BF area was very average too. Room service was not satisfactory. Had to be called many times. Extensions were not picked. Reception wasn't run professionally...basic greetings, smile, service, checking on feedback, etc were missing. For the price it was too ordinary a property. The windows had columns so the view of the hills was also blocked. We were not happy with the stay. No other activity etc a swimming pool

5 - Excellent

1.) they showed wrong photographs of pool.. in reality very small pool. 2.) the amount they charged for stay, does not justify the service, so like if you want to eat food order 2.5 hours before as they take that much time. 3. ) Wifi doesn’t work. 4.) when asked cleaning staff to clean the room, they reply “Abhi nahi ho payga time nahi” . This is the way they reply.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. • The Wi-Fi was not working throughout my stay, which made it very inconvenient. • Room service was extremely slow, it took almost 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver food after placing the order. • The room had no sunlight or natural ventilation, which made it feel dull and suffocating. Definitely not worth the price paid.

It was a nice stay. We have well spend the time in pool with family. Rooms were quite clean and spacious. It gas big ground so kids enjoyed there.

Good vibe. Scenic view from hotel. Lot of activities like cycling can be done within compound. Also the pool area and the vibe around was cool

I recently stayed during my trip to Udaipur, and it was a truly relaxing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help — especially at the front desk. The rooftop restaurant served delicious Rajasthani food, and the candlelight dinner setup was a lovely touch. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the evenings. But overall, it’s a great place to unwind with family or as a couple. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting the city of lakes!
