The food quality was very bad

They were ready to give room . services are also poor.they are like new in business.

Pleasent stay , good staff , restaurant and services are definitely worth it. Ankit tiwari is a helpful person. Good hospitality

Kitchen was not operational. Intercom and Kettle not available. Bathroom stool was found damaged. Rough edges on the door handle hurt the fingers

Hotel don’t have intercom facility and even kettle inside the room. Installed door handle had rough edges hurt the hand while locking the door. Had to struggle to lock or unlock the door due to lock quality. Bathroom stool was found broken in 2 pieces. Bed sheet and blankets was also not found as clean or washed. I paid extra for room to get extra discount on lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, cafeteria was not functional. If they can bring these improvements then it is worth considering them in the new trip. Totally terrible stay receptionist is very rude behaviour they charge for water they give water without any information when the time of check out they add water on bill and said that water is not mantion as a complimentary in invoice.

This is not hotel is banquet hall they shift you when they have marriage no restaurant no room service

payment not advisable please book room physically more feasible that way booking tricks into terms not appreciated at hotel

Property is recently launched, as such many of the facilities are yet to be operational. Staff is very pleasant, food is very homely. Overall good place to stay.
