Review Of HomeSlice Hacienda (Villa in HSR)

Although i had made a reservation for an air-conditioned room, upon arrival, i was allocated a non-air-conditioned room. The hotel management is stating that air-conditioned rooms are currently unavailable, which contradicts my original booking.

We booked rooms with ac but when we reached there, they told ac rooms are occupied, so we did not stay there

Experience from the stay was not really good. The washrooms were not at all cleaned prior to stay. Toiletries, sheets, towels nothing were provided to us. They charge pretty and it not really up to rate. More over the staff attending was not a well behaving person, we was just knocking and asking us to leave before even checkout time. If there was such an urgency or people were waiting to check in it was fine, entire apartment was empty and he was behaving like this. I used to book from fab hotels, there ratings were true and i feel like continue with them and services are better and have better amenities at more affordable rate. as i checked in at 11 o clock in the night and was asked to leave at 10:50 am so didn't get any time for anything

The uncle there is very old and behaves unusual. Very loud tv all the times. The bathrooms are not attached. Ok to stay,

They provide a nice room and friends to communicate if the room is clean

The stay was beautiful and it was kept clean and tidy. There was no disturbance and it was safe as it was located in residential area.

Stayed at the place, perfect location and comfortable stay. Caretaker and management very helpful and accommodated my changing plans.

Not up to the mark. They dint provide any bath towels, toilets are not attached, no room service as such, u won't tea coffee in the room. So it's better to stay in some hotel by paying 200-300 more n u will get free breakfast n at least some room service

Stay was goodall facilities were available to make me feel home like. Manager naveen and ashutosh were very helpful.
