Poor Stay
The hotel staff was not co-operative. The booking was done by oversight to a following date and we reached hotel late night. We some how reached to the make my trip to provide the accounting voucher for previous date and accommodate our booking. The hotel team just told us that they have only luxury room as they wanted to sell the their permium room n take advantage of our issue late night.

Wonderful experience
The stay was wonderful. The staff is very professional and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I have stayed here a couple of times and the experience hasn't been bad so far. The breakfast buffet also has multiple options and includes different cuisine.

Terrible Stay
It was a nightmare. Don't know how are group like IHG which is known for it's hospitality had engaged with such properties. Rooms were uncleaned. Besides they were quite small also. Service is pathetic and to top it all the staff is so unprofessional that they didn't even bother to listen the issue of guests.
